HU Shack and FTA Home have been in business for over 4 years and have grown to 3 locations in the GTA. We strive to meet our customer’s expectations and needs.

Warranty
At HU Shack and FTA Home we have a 7 day warranty that covers DOA on the power supply for all other warranty issues the manufacturer warranty applies, since we are a CNX authorized dealer any of our locations will be more than happy to help you with the replacement or repair of your CNX unit.

Programming
We do not provide or condone the use of third party software. Using third party software maybe illegal and void product warrantee. Do not email or call asking about Dishnet, Xpress-Vu, etc. Our satellite receivers are designed and intended for 100% legal use only. We will refuse sale to anyone whom we believe intends to use our product illegally or sell our products for illegal use.

Online Orders
There are 2 ways you can place an order with us the 1^st and preferred method is to go trough our online store and pay with your credit card trough Paypal, the other is COD(cash on delivery) this method involves receiving a order confirmation and replying to that confirmation and can be slower than the Paypal method. Orders done over our online store which are paid with Paypal get priority over COD orders also Paypal orders are shipped Xpress Post where COD’s are shipped Expedited. Due to the nature of our business some orders can take a bit longer than others due to stock variances, if you are concerned about your order either email us and we will get back to you asap with a response or phone us at 416-850-5527.
